Layaway Policy
ALL payments must be paid in cash, except for the final payment.
The initial layaway payment must be a minimum of 20% of the total purchase price.
The Layaway plan has a one time service fee of $10.00 that will be added to the total cost of the items.
There will be a $30.00 cancellation fee subtracted from any refund if the customer cancels agreement.
Item(s) will not be held in inventory until the item(s) has been paid in full.
Upon full payment within the six month period of the agreement, the customer may take possession of the item(s) if it is in stock.
If the store is out of the item(s), the item(s) will be immediately ordered and customer will be notified as soon as store receives the item(s).
If item(s) are "order only" item(s), Item(s) cannot be ordered until Layaway agreement is paid in full by the customer.
Delivery fees are separate from this agreement.
